The human voice as an instrument was beautifully played tonight by vocalist Gretchen Parlato at another in a series of great jazz concerts held at the Turkish Ambassador's home in Washington, DC. A surprise guest was Vermont's own Congressman Peter Welch, shown here with his wife and Ambassador Tan. Proof that Vermont loves Ahmet!
