Celebrate the year it all changed...1953...with the great musical partnership of Ahmet and Jerry!

Partners...soulmates...in 1953 a quiet revolution happened at the young Atlantic records offices. The man who coined the phrase "rhythm and blues" arrived on the scene to fill in for Herb Abramson who departed for military duty. With Jerry Wexler, one more vital piece of the Atlantic sound came into being. From then on there was no stopping the innovative and tireless work...
